IMPORTANT NOTICE – EMAILS

Currently the Surgery is receiving many requests for clinical advice on various email addresses throughout the Surgery.  As you can appreciate this is difficult to manage and raises concerns regarding confidentiality and clinical safety, as many email addresses may not be secure, and responses may take several days.

We are therefore asking those patients who wish to obtain clinical advice from the surgery electronically to use the eConsult facility available at the Surgery website: https://www.stockhillmedicalcentre.nhs.uk

Alternatively, please telephone reception on 01959-580011 and book a telephone consultation with a GP.

Prescriptions can be requested using the NHS App or Patient Access:

https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/the-nhs-app/

https://www.patientaccess.com/

Or, alternatively, as per current methods which include a request through the pharmacy directly or to the surgery in writing.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation with this

FLU CLINICS

This year’s flu clinics will be run differently to previous years due to COVID-19 and social distancing guidance.

All patients who are eligible for a flu vaccination will receive an invite letter from the surgery.  The letter will contain details of the flu clinics and a barcode slip.

NO APPOINTMENT is necessary as the clinics will be walk in only.  However you MUST remember to bring your tear off slip, as this will be proof of your eligibility for the flu vaccination.
