Biggin Hill residents – eligible but not fully vaccinated – offered extra chances to get a first or second Covid-19 jab

A small, but potentially concerning, uptick in Covid-19 cases has been observed in the Biggin Hill area. Additional facilities have been made available and residents in the area are strongly recommended to get vaccinated. The vaccine offers protection against Covid-19 to those who are eligible, their families and the wider community. Vaccination will help to prevent the spread of the virus. Second doses are particularly important as a defence against serious illness from Covid-19.

Vaccination clinics have been arranged for residents in the Biggin Hill area from 1.30pm to 8pm at the Biggin Hill Children & Family Centre, Sunningvale Avenue, Biggin Hill, TN16 3TN as follows:

• Pfizer vaccination clinics on Thursday 10 June and Saturday 12 June – for 39 to 25 year olds only. Please call 0208 175 8582 to book your appointment.

You can get your first dose or your second dose at these clinics. We would encourage anyone who had their first dose 28 days ago or longer, to come forward now for their second dose.
Please bring proof of age and address.

If these dates are not suitable and you are due a vaccination, please book one as soon as possible through the national booking system at www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination or by calling 119 free of charge.
