Bromley GP Alliance are now offering phlebotomy appointments at Stock Hill Medical Centre on alternate Thursdays.

Appointments can be booked directly with Bromley GP Alliance by either visiting:  www.bromleygpalliance.org or calling 0203 930 0245.

If you have not already been given a blood form then please ensure you obtain one from the surgery before for your scheduled appointment. You MUST bring the form with you on the day of your blood test, or the phlebotomist will not be able to do the blood test for you.
