New Staff Member – Welcome to the team

We are pleased to welcome our new Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), Melanie Chang to the team at Stock Hill.

Melanie will be working in the practice on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) come from a variety of professional backgrounds including nursing, physiotherapy, pharmacy, paramedics and occupational therapy.  They are experienced healthcare professionals with a Masters level award or equivalent.

Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) are also medically trained professionals who work alongside doctors and nurses – to diagnose and treat patients. They are trained to diagnose, investigate, and treat medical conditions in many different areas of medicine, and specialities.

Stock Hill patients may be offered an on the day appointment with our ACP for specific symptoms or conditions.
