Due to workforce shortages and reduced capacity within our secretarial team, the partners and management have taken the decision to reduce their phone in times with immediate effect.
This is to support our hard working and dedicated secretarial team and their wellbeing.
Patients will now be able to speak to our secretaries between 12.30pm and 1.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Our advice to patients, given the reduced capacity in the secretarial team is:
To suggest that patients download the NHS App to be able to do a multitude of things including the ability to view test results (once they’ve been reviewed and filed by the GP), see immunisation history, and request repeat medication via the NHS App. Patients are also now able to view consultations and hospital letters via the NHS App.
