Appointments

All consultations are by appointment and should be made at reception or by telephone during opening hours or via the internet. Our appointments are both pre-bookable & book on the day, so call to see when we have appointments free. You can book up to four weeks ahead.

To participate in the online appointment booking system you will need to attend the surgery with one form of ID, when we will be able to provide you with details to complete your registration for online booking.

A separate appointment must be made for each patient. The receptionist will offer you the next available 10 minute routine book ahead appointment with your preferred doctor, ladies requesting to see a female doctor for gynaecological reasons or men requesting a male GP will be accommodated whenever possible.

If your preferred doctor is not available you will be offered a routine appointment with another doctor. Your current medical history is on our computer system which is accessible by all of our GP’s, so most issues can be dealt with by any of our doctors.

We also offer ‘On the Day’ appointments, these are 10 minute appointments to deal with your immediate situation, we cannot guarantee which doctor you will see. The morning session is at 10am – 11am, the afternoon/evening session is at 3.30pm – 4.30pm

If you are unable to keep your appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we can reallocate it to another patient. You can do this online here.
