Appointments

How to Make an Appointment

Appointments may be booked in several ways:

Online

Patients can book appointments using online services.

By Phone

Patients can book on the day appointment by calling reception on 01959 580011.

eConsult

Patients can contact a GP online vial the link on this website.

A separate appointment must be made for each patient. Ladies requesting to see a female doctor for gynaecological reasons or men requesting a male GP will be accommodated whenever possible.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we can reallocate it to another patient. You can do this online here.

Cancelling Your Appointment

When you receive an appointment at the practice, please ensure that you arrive on time. If you can no longer make your appointment, it is very important you let the practice know so this can be offered to another patient.

If you receive an appointment reminder via text message and want to cancel it, you can text back CANCEL which will immediately cancel the appointment.

Alternatively, you can contact the practice.

Home Visits

If you are not fit enough to come to the surgery and feel that you need a doctor to visit, please telephone 01959 58 00 11 before 10am. You will be asked for certain details, and the Duty Doctor will telephone you back after 11.00am to decide how best to deal with your request.

We DO NOT guarantee every patient requesting a home visit will receive one, as they are extremely time consuming.

Please use this service responsibly.

Interpreting and Translation Support

The Practice has a professional translating service to offer translation for patients whose first language is not English.

The service can also provide a BSL interpreter to provide sign language for patients with hearing difficulties.

Please advise Reception when making an appointment that you require this support, so this can be arranged for your appointment.
